ఈ విషయమై చాలా వ్యాఖ్యలు చూస్తున్నాను.

ఆల్రెడీ సినిమా పైన ఆ రకమైన ��ందేహాలు ఉన్నవారే థియేటర్ కి వెళ్ళలేదు తప్ప మిగతా అందరూ థియేటర్ లో చూసినవారే, మెచ్చుకున్నవారే.

సినిమా అనే కళా రూపం మొదటినుంచీ రకరకాల విమర్శలను ఎదుర్కుంటూనే ఉంది. అది పూర్తిగా విశ్వనాథూ కాదు, అలాగని పూర్తిగా రాఘవేంద్రరావూ కాదు, ఇంకా పూర్తిగా కాశీనాథూ కాదు. సినిమా అంటే అన్నీ ఉంటాయి, ఉండాలి కూడా.

కానీ, సినిమాను వర్గీకరణ చేసుకుంటే,

1. సినిమా మొత్తానికి అంతర్లీనంగా ఎలాంటి సందేశం ఉంది అని చూడాలనిపించేది సందేశాత్మక సినిమా.

2. పూర్తిగా కాలక్షేపం సినిమా. ఇందులో ఎలాంటి తర్కాలకూ చోటుండదు. సరదాగా నవ్వుకోవడం మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది.

3. పూర్తిగా యాక్షన్ సినిమా. ఒకే ��ీరో వందమందినీ లేపి లేపి కొట్టేస్తాడు, హెలికాప్టర్లనీ, విమానాలనీ కూడా చేత్తో లాగి పారేస్తాడు. అయినా కూడా ఆహా ఓహో అనుకుంటూ చూసేదే సదరు యాక్షన్ సినిమా. మరేం పర్వాలేదు. నిజ జీవితంలో వాటిని అనుకరించాలని చూడనంతవరకూ అది కూడా ఒక కాలక్షేపం మాత్రమే.

4. కాస్సేపు ��ాలక్షేపం కోసం వచ్చి సేదతీరేటట్లు కాకుండా, మన చుట్టూ ఉన్న సమస్యలనే ఎత్తికొట్టినట్టు చూపిస్తూ, వ్యవస్థను తెగనాడడమే పనిగా పెట్టుకుని తీసిన సినిమాలు కూడా ఉంటాయి. వాటిలో కూడా మళ్ళీ రెండు ఉప వర్గాలుంటాయి. దర్శకుడు కానీ, నిర్మాత కానీ, ఆ ఎలిమెంట్స్ ని అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని సగటు ప్రేక్షకుడి అసహాయతను, నిస్సహాయతను నగదు చేసుకోవడానికి తీసారా లేక నిజంగానే సమాజం పట్ల బాధ్యతగా భావించి, ఇలా చాలా చోట్ల ఉంటోంది, ఇలా ఉండకుండా ఉంటే బాగుంటుంది అని చెప్పడానికి తీసారా అన్నది మనం చూస్తే స్పష్టంగా అర్థమైపోతుంది.

కచ్చితంగా ఈ సినిమా దర్శకుడు @ShivaNirvana నాలుగో రకంలో రెండో పద్ధతిలోనే సినిమా తీసారు, విజయం సాధించారు. కథకు, కథనానికి కూడా థియేటర్ కి వెళ్ళి చూసిన ప్రేక్షకులు అందుకే, అవును ఇలాంటివారు మన చుట్టూరా ��న్నారని సులభంగా కనెక్ట్ అయ్యారు. దాన్ని అంతవరకే చూడండి.

అలాగే, ఇరుముడి అన్న శీర్షిక చూడగానే దాన్ని దేవుడికి మాత్రమే ఆపాదించుకోనక్కర్లేదు. అంతర్లీనంగా తండ్రీ కూతుళ్ళ బంధాన్ని ఇరుముడిగా చూపించాడు. దాన్ని అలాగే తీసుకోవాలి. రక్తిలో ఉంటూనే భక్తిలోకి దిగిన ఎందరో పుణ్యాత్ముల కథలు వాల్మీకి మొదలుకుని ఎన్నో చూశారు. కూతురు ఒక్కసారి దీనంగా అడగ్గానే తాగుడు మానేసిన నిశ్చితమైన, కచ్చితమైన మనస్తత్వాన్ని ఎందుకు మెచ్చుకోకూడదు ? అదొక్క సందర్భం, సందేశం చాలదా సినిమా మొత్తాన్ని మెచ్చుకోవడానికి ? మిగతా అన్ని సందర్భాలూ, సన్నివేశాలూ కూడా మన చుట్టూ ఎప్పుడో అప్పుడు జరిగినవే జరుగుతున్నవే. కాబట్టి ఊరికూరికే భుజాలు తడుముకోవడం మానేసి, ఉన్న సినిమాను ఉన్నట్టుగా చూడండి.

పుష్ప సినిమా చూసి ఎర్రచందనం స్మగ్లింగ్ ప్లాన్ చేసి దొరికిపో��ినా తప్పులేదు, దానికి, దాని హీరోకి జాతీయ అవార్డు ఇచ్చినా తప్పులేదు కాని ఈ సినిమాను ఇప్పుడు చూసి వంకలు పెట్టేవారిని చూస్తూంటే జాలేస్తోంది. ఈ సినిమాను చూసి ఎవరైనా తాగుడుకు అలవాటు పడినా, చిన్నపిల్లల పట్ల అసభ్యంగా ప్రవర్తించినా అప్పుడు ఈ సినిమా సమాజానికి కీడు చేసినట్లుగా తప్పకుండా భావించండి.

అంతవరకూ.. 🤫

నిజానికి ఈ సినిమా చూసాక, ఎప్పుడో 2001 లో దీక్ష తీసుకున్న నాకు మళ్ళీ ఇప్పుడు దీక���ష తీసుకోవాలన్న సంకల్పం కలిగింది. సినిమా ప్రభావం అలా ఉండాలి.

@RaviTeja_offl గారూ, ఇప్పుడు ఓటీటీలో జనం చూసాక చేస్తున్న వ్యాఖ్యలు మీరు కానీ, మిగతా చిత్రబృందం కానీ పట్టించుకోనవసరం లేదు. ఇరుముడి సినిమా ఉద్దేశ్యం, లక్ష్యం, క్యాలిబర్ ఇవన్నీ ఏమిటో ఆల్రెడీ నిరూపించబడ్డాయి.

To those spreading negativity about #Irumudi after its Netflix release — you can say whatever you want, hate it if you want, but you can’t deny this fact.

There are lakhs of videos of people watching this film, breaking down and crying. ❤️

And if you think I’m wrong, just show me ONE video from 2026 of audiences watching any other movie and feeling the same way — crying, breaking down and emotionally overwhelmed by what they just watched.

Honestly, I believe a lot of this negativity against #RaviTeja feels like paid negativity. I can’t prove that, but the sudden wave of negativity definitely raises questions.

You can hate the film, you can criticize it, but you can’t erase the emotional impact it has had on thousands of viewers.

SPOILER ALERT:

no, the girl dying is not unnecessary. manaikanta dying is tragic and what makes it a powerful death in my opinion is the whole juxtaposition of trinadha and guru swamy’s lens of how they view their daughter’s growth. manikantha death is a way to showcase how even after such a hard loss, Trinadh’s values didn’t change and silencing predators or anyone throwing themselves forcefully on women is far more harmful and dangerous to women and society as a whole.

sai kumar twist is what makes this so tragic. people like him exist in our world who will do something so unexpectedly heinous out of fear and societal safety. again, his character and his actions is what makes the juxtaposition very well integrated.

and a lot of people are saying it’s uncomfortable to watch, yes that’s the POINT. in my opinion, Irumudi integrated those uncomfortable disgusting actions by the villains in a much more nuanced and character driven way than most other films that use the same arcs.

not saying the movie is perfect, but nirvana did a good job setting and paying everything off emotionally. especially the final scene with manikanta taking the form of a blessing and as a purpose is what made it emotionally intense.
