Upon boarding the flight, a crew member instructed me not to keep two bags together. When I inquired about the next steps, I was given an ultimatum: either forfeit my flight or pay an additional 2400 rupees. Regrettably, I paid the amount, but I am bewildered by the experience.

The two products I ordered are "Silver & Gold- Toned Oxidised Necklace" and " Silver- Plated Handcrafted Choker". There was no tag with those products, so the delivery boy rejected them as returned and marked them as used.
