Every day I receive a message saying “customer not available” for a return pickup, despite being available. This has become a consistent pattern whenever I schedule a rtn. Request you2 resolve with the courier partner.
Please arrange for the return to be processed at the earliest. I had already initiated the request a few days ago, but the item is yet to be picked up.
The link shared redirects me to the same return request page, which I have already completed multiple times over the past few days. I would appreciate it if you could have the courier collect the item without further delay.
I am receiving deliveries from the same courier, @delhivery, and in fact they delivered an item today. At the very same time, I received a message saying the return pickup could not be done as “no one was available.”
This is clearly incorrect. Please look into this and resolve it immediately.
Doesn’t this seem rather odd? You own the airlines, yet there is no codeshare alignment within the group, while such arrangements exist with Star Alliance partners. Enabling this internally appears to be the simplest solution.

Surprised to learn that flights on @AirIndiaX do not earn frequent flyer points on @airindia, even though codeshare flights with other airlines are eligible.
Would have expected alignment within the same group. This feels inconsistent and worth reviewing.
