Extremely disappointed with @IndiGo6E customer support.
Booked directly via IndiGo app with Zero Cancellation add-on, cancelled well in advance, yet no response, no clarity, no help.
Calls unanswered, support useless.
Is this how IndiGo treats paying customers?

Very poor experience with @LibertyGenIns.
Purchased Zero Cancellation insurance via IndiGo,cancelled ticket within eligible period,but no response on claim process.
Customer care is unreachable and emails ignored,
What is the point of selling insurance if claims are not supported

Cancelled ticket as per policy, but facing pathetic

customer service, no replies, no guidance.

Selling add-ons is easy, supporting customers is

Attended #BiggestNYE2026 at HITEX, Hyderabad today. Reached by 9PM, but due to QR/pass scanning failures & zero crowd management, we were kept waiting 45+ mins outside. Entry only at 10:40PM, when the event was already almost over. 😑
Show started at 8:30PM, ended by 11:30PM
