Thoughts, Feelings, Choices, Body, Social Context, and Soul are 6 "basic aspects" in Human Life - Renovation of the Heart (2002) by Dallas Willard (1935-2013)
I find it fascinating how the men who publish or speak publicly for Rapture theory (Tim LaHaye, Greg Laurie, etc.) consistently fail at basic reading skill, but today in 1999 book by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B Jenkins, titled Are we living in end times, I found its authors (continued
@CuriosityonX If rockets exist, why haven't they visited human world centuries ago? Aliens not visiting Earth yet is not, by itself, a proof that there is no alien out there.
@FoxNews "Smart" phone isn't smart yet enough to discern the person's meaning when he types "Melania".
The name "smartphone" was a sales technique when it first came out. And people got fooled by such exaggerated name of technology.
@politicalawake The evildoers believe they themselves are doing what is right, when they commit such evils like this desecration of tombs.
These evildoers believe and practice lies, including the lie that says their own evil deeds are not evil but good.
Great news that they will be in Hell.
@Pathfinder4545 What happened to this "source of light" when the sun was created on day 4? Did it fizzle out? Did it transform (get reduced) to the sun? Did it get divided across the universe?
Didn't this source of light make all Earth Day and never a night during the first 3 days?
@Pathfinder4545@aigkenham "The creation days are from sunset to sunset," you wrote, but during the first two or three days of creation, the sun did not exist at all, and thus, there was no "sunset" to make your "from sunset to sunset" description.
Was there "lightset to lightset" until sun got created?
@NaumanF41863 Sacrificing one's own country's food while living in one's own country because some foreigners did not like the food is not a harmony but a submission by the local citizens to the foreigners. This is not wonderful. This is nasty.
@japan_nobunaga The person who claimed the Japanese flag was a discrimination against a foreigner like him is a liar. He has to resort to lies. Truth immediately shuts him up into silence. Only lies are his allies in his evil way of life.
So, ignore his complaints, or destroy his lies.
@japan_nobunaga Truth is:
The person who complained discrimination was not discriminated by this Japanese flag.
Instead, the same person discriminated himself when he chose to come to Japan.
He discriminated against other countries he could have visited. He discriminated against staying home.
@26ers_bp115 The complaints are the true discrimination against Japanese people who live in Japan.
Discrimination comes from those complaints that complain about the Japanese flag being visible inside Japan.
In a country, its own flag IS that country's only flag. A visitor must accept it.
@Joel7Richardson Maybe, by those circled words, that dude meant Jesus returned to the disciples during the 40 days after he resurrected.
Jesus did say in John chapters 14-16 that the disciples will see him soon, and He probably meant the appearances to them that happened during those 40 days.
Lord, Lord, did we not teach in your Name and cast out demons?
Jesus replies, I never knew you. Depart from me.
The people were very confident that they belonged to Christ and that their own theology was correct.
Very much like the confident Greg Laurie and the likes of him.
and this "seven lamps" is the church!
But, no, the text says these seven lamps are the "seven Spirits of God" (NKJV), and these Spirits are already "before His throne" at Revelation chapter 1 in vs 4.
So, it cannot be that the church from chapter 1 moved from earth to heaven.
Revelation 4:1 as a proof text for pre-Tribulation rapture. It is used to claim that the church raptures at Rev 4:1, referencing to John going up to "heaven". But this has multiple flaws.
(1) Entire chapter 4 doesn't mention the word "church". After all, the pre-trib camp says
pre-trib camp says that the word church is absent in Rev 4 to 19 (they need to fix themselves by saying 21 not 19), so maybe the church isn't in heaven yet at this chapter 4 because the word church isn't there.
(2) If the pre-trib camp says, Look, 4:5 mentions "seven lamps"
