@_TraceBaba@MutualAidForMa@raphousetv2 strange you find my statement to be agreement. unfortunately in many of these situations reactions really change nothing and just get used to victimize the aggressor. those reactions are provoked. it’s the same as a narc provoking an individual then blaming the victims reaction.
@_TraceBaba@MutualAidForMa@raphousetv2 these children were nothing but calm and collected and were still faced with passive, & blatant, aggression by police. their “aggressive” reactions are a learned response after witnessing that their cooperation didn’t work. yes thankfully they walked away from this but not easily
@_TraceBaba@MutualAidForMa@raphousetv2 the biggest fact of the matter is that the “aggressive” reactions you’re referring to are a result of a history of situations like this. so many children are traumatized in situations like this and grow to fear what is supposed to protect them. those reactions aren’t unwarranted.
