WHAT IFβ¦ β
As 2021 ends, itβs time to reflect and consider whatβs to come in 2022.
As it relates to the pandemic, I have a few questions for my fellow Canadians.

If the decision is overturned, then the SCC will have destroyed whatever shred of credibility it had left.
If the decision is upheld, then it will have to decide on a punishment for the highest office in the land violating Canadians' fundamental rights.
Get your popcorn ready.
The Supreme Court of Canada primarily interprets laws and constitutional issues rather than imposing punishment directly. It hears appeals and references to clarify legal principles that guide lower courts, which then impose punishments where warranted.
Punishment is decided in the lower courts. The case in question was about the abuse of authority and no penalty will be issued. This process will either grant more authority or restrict authority the next time the Federal parasites try to do this.
@HolyRoller1945 I have my doubts too, and Wagner clearly needs to recuse himself to prevent this from being a total gong show, but given that the case won at initial trial and on appeal, its coming in to the SCC from the stronger position, so I'm cautiously optimistic.
@Dodocanspell It means it was heard in lower court. Govt lost. Then govt appealed and lost. Now govt is appealing to SCC in hopes of overturning both rulings.
The Cyber Pandemic is here. Your antennae should be raised. Time to mentally prepare for the propaganda onslaught that will inevitably result from today.
Resist the calls for complete control over the internet by governments and their trusted corporate partners.
@JM_speakss@planbparaguay No, stuck in Toronto for better or worse. Just one of the (better) accounts I follow about plan Bβs. Seems like it would be of interest for you.
For decades, Canada has been seen as a 'model nation', internationally renowned for its high standard of living, safety & friendliness. π¨π¦
Recently, it's been making headlines for the wrong reasons. Unaffordability, homelessness & addiction, rising crime, and a healthcare system so stretched that thousands are dying as they await treatment.
'Broken Country' is a new documentary that explores what went wrong in Canada, and what can be done.

@AAStack Was just thinking the other day that when my kids get to be school aged, I should do a monthly hooky day where I pull them out and go do something fun with them.
I know I would've loved that when I was a kid.
Okay... this is actually a big deal
βthe Trump Administration supports the ability of lawful users of digital assets to privately transact on a public blockchain.β
The report also acknowledged that although illicit actors βuse mixers to obfuscate and launder funds . . . lawful users of digital assets may leverage mixers to enable financial privacy when transacting through public blockchains.ββ
FinCEN is withdrawing its finding that international CVC Mixing is a class of transactions of primary laundering concern, and the proposed rule, published on October 23, 2023, seeking to impose special measure one regarding international CVC Mixing.
While FinCEN maintains that illicit actors continue to use mixers and other tools and methods to hinder law enforcement investigations, this withdrawal is informed by the concerns from commentors that the expansive definition of CVC mixing in the proposed rule could have a chilling effect on legitimate activity and place a large reporting burden on covered financial institutions.

There must be a turning point among Covid medical freedom advocates: They need to integrate into their world views that there was no pandemic of a spreading death-causing virus. The continental-scale high-resolution geo-temporal excess all-cause mortality patterns are inescapable.
