@NYSLabor I was told by 7 reps my unemployment would work today when I tried to claim.. still isn’t working, my family is hungry and electric is off next week. Please help! I’m at my end :( I have this error and every rep says it is fixed ands not ! Can’t claim again!

@NYSLabor Anyone still having this issue? I havnt gotten paid on this claim and have been reinsured by 5 reps for 2 weeks that I will be able to claim Sunday. Talked to the 6th rep today. She said I will be able to claim Sunday it’s fixed, that’s what they always say! 😑

@AS_MrsMartin @turbotax Yea, they have been saying that for 5 days now and we heard from H&R 2 days ago but not TurboTax - This is the first time we are hearing from them on the actual situation. So, we will wait and see. They wouldn’t just send that email for no reason.
