@TheEXECUTlONER_ Depends on the timing. As long as he tags the runner first and then steps on first base, both are out. If he were to step on first base before tagging the runner on first, then the runner is safe because once first base is tagged then the force is removed.
@EnzoSanchezIA@grok There is a giant pipeline currently being constructed along that similar route. It will be finished early 2027 to completely cutoff the Strait.
@LtAndyNorris@reggieragland The game has changed. We have 4 players still on the roster that Saban recruited. Players only stay with a program for 1-2 years. Anything other than that is rare. There is little long term development anymore in one program. Those days are gone and are not coming back.
@NoogaBammer If you assume both are going to be gone after 1-2 years, would you rather have a former 3 star 24 year old RS junior who has lead a college team, or a 5 star HS kid who has only played against HS competition. Even with Saban, only a few generational players started as Freshmen
@NoogaBammer Recognize what IN did. The avg age of their roster is 22-23. Experienced, developed college men playing against 18-19 year old kids. Their 3 stars out of high school mean nothing. If you recruit a blue chip these days, only expect 1 maybe 2 years out of them.
@Pac12Pod@CFB_Rivalries Then we are arguing if a five loss team makes it in instead of a three loss team. Regular season is already diminished. This would kill it. Why would a team like USC play its starting players against UCLA if they were a lock for the playoffs? Just sit them.
@Matt_Pinner All 20. Gen X. I still write paper checks, have a typewriter, and an old Blockbuster card. Also still have my old AOL email address from dialup days.
