As a lifelong @Bucks fan. I have maybe the most special place in my heart for @Dame_Lillard . That guy was a warrior who showed up nightly and balled for us.
The last three years of Bucks basketball has had once constant and was the problem.
EGO.
Dame left his at the door when he showed up. I don't believe Giannis did.
Breaking: The NBA is expected to investigate the Milwaukee Bucks over potential salary cap circumvention involving Gary Trent Jr.’s fully guaranteed four-year, $64 million contract, @TheConsensusNBA has learned.

I 100% agree the Bucks should be punished for this.
No one with sanity signs him to anywhere near this contract after his absolute ass performance last year.
All I ask here is simply “what other player in the past has agreed to sign for the minimum one year, gone on to have his worst season in seven years where he was a below-average player by any standard, and then received 5x as much money in free agency the following year?”
I think Shams meant this deal was agreed to a year ago.
This is a sham of a contract @Bucks he played like ass last year.
We didn’t have to go thru with the *wink wink* deal last year. https://t.co/V8oPDdP0dU
@rcon14 Couldn't be more spot on. Rollins is a nice player, I'd see what you can get before season. Give those minutes to Burries and Kas and Herro. That's a great three guard rotation. Burries reminds me of Holiday where he can play lead guard in minutes Kas is off floor.
For 13 incredible seasons. For your relentless drive, humility and heart. For transforming our franchise and our city. For delivering a championship. For inspiring a generation of Bucks fans and creating memories that will last forever.
Thank you, Giannis. 💚
To the Antetokounmpo family, thank you for everything you’ve done for this city. Thank you for making Milwaukee home and truly pouring back into the community. Your legacy extends far beyond the basketball court with all the love you’ve shown.
Milwaukee is a better place because of the Antetokounmpos. 💚
Mark Cuban says he passed on Giannis Antetokounmpo in the 2013 NBA Draft out of respect for Dirk Nowitzki
“When Giannis was getting drafted, we passed because we had Dirk. And this was 2013, we had just won the championship two years ago”
“Some of our people wanted to go for Giannis. I wanted to trade down, and we ended up getting Shane Larkin, not so much because of Shane as a player, but we needed that cap room to go out and try to sign somebody to propel Dirk”
“Remember, Giannis was coming out. I vividly remember there were two VHS tapes of him playing in the Greek league. That was all they had to show me... and it wasn't like every other team knew about him either”
“But you have to respect Dirk. You have to respect what he's done for us. So, out of respect to Dirk, it was my final decision. We went for it, and we didn't get the free agents we wanted, but that was the plan”
@F26Pete@BillSimmons Ed Davis never played for the Bucks.
And how should the Bucks have known Beasley was gonna do this shit or did it.
The Bucks were victims of his shenanigans.
@TCIIIESQ21 This is 100% the correct take. Cant believe all the people going after the owners.
One bad coach hire was the first domino to tip over a lot of dominos.
After the years of rumors. I’m ready for a fresh start and excited to watch this team probably only win 25 games next year.
