A while coming, our NIH R25-funded work on GBM LMD was published exposing the TLR-4 pathway as relevant, and more importantly for me, lays foundations for active cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) exchange studies to make clinical change. @AshishHShah4

Thrilled that we are enrolling for STARLITE phase 1 trial for newly diag. unresectable GBM. We will combine FDA-approved antiretroviral drugs +Laser ablation+SOC. The trial leverages the anticancer effects of ART to target treatment resistant GBM stem cell niche.
