@RBC No. This is absolutely not ok. You need to train your people better. The first individual could have solved my problem but I was sent in a circle only to have the 3 rd person resolve the issue in 2 mins. 3 hours because your “advisors” aren’t properly trained is unacceptable.

@RBC been on hold for almost 3 hours!!! Spoken to 2 people both of whom acknowledged my issue of fraud on my card only to be transferred back into the wait line. This is horrible customer service. You need to do better! You should be taking fraud seriously.
