@WalmartCanada in the past 8 days of Walmart holding my money hostage, Ive done all the legwork with the shipping company to confirm my package is lost and have them update my tracking. In those same 8 days, Walmart, has told me 6 times they have 1/2

@WalmartCanada@WalmartCanada actually if you look at the tracking it says "SHORT IN TRAFFIC" which means the package is lost. Do your research before responding.

@MizzVictoria88@WalmartCanada Dealing with literally the same thing. Keep getting no response or the "this has been escalated, wait 5 business days". I shouldnt have to wait two weeks constantly dealing with you to get my product or a refund. Youre scamming us out of our money.

I did all the leg work with their shipping company who finally marked my package as lost. Called head office yesterday and they told me they were going to check with transit themselves
@JacquiDelaney@WalmartCanada Ive written them three times and called twice. They keep asking for the same information and once provided, they NEVER response. Bought a TV over a week ago and their third party shipper conveniently "lost" it -- No one from walmart is willing to help.
