@WalmartCanada I am repeating myself over and over and you were not doing anything helpful. I can’t return an item that I didn’t receive! Send me my order or issue me a refund
@WalmartCanada 1) placed online order, received wrong order, called customer service twice, told it would be escalated and I will receive a response in 24 hours and never did, call back again, told I would receive a response by November 23 and never did. Still waiting on order
@WalmartCanada You are telling me to return an item that I can’t return because it’s not under my account because it was sent to me in error! I also said already I am a new mom who can’t go out to ship back the order due to my newborn and covid

@WalmartCanada I am a new mother, I ordered diapers and can’t go out, haven’t received my order. As a new mother I cannot go out during covid to return an incorrect order that your company sent and I don’t have a printer for a label. This is your mistake, not mine! Take some responsibility!
@WalmartCanada You responded telling me the onus is on me to return an incorrect order that you sent. You have not stated how/when I will receive my order that I was fully charged for already. Where is my order? Where is the customer service? Or give me a refund for my order
