Comparing it to real estate development is not analogous. In the real estate situation there’s productive construction work to then provide value to other people. Better analogy would be borrowing to buy land, doing nothing to it, and speculating the land in and of itself will increase in value
They have a model where they coown the house, but if the house price goes from original price of £100k -> £200k, their 50% equity in the house stays at £50k. Likewise, if house depreciates from £100k ->£50k their “equity” is still £50k. There doesn’t seem to be any risk sharing in appreciation or depreciation of asset value

@mattpocockuk I noticed in a recent vid you mentioned you haven't tried Claude Agent Teams.
I'm currently testing it for a implementing an epic that will have a few of its own PRDs.
Spun up an agent team, with each one focusing on the subrequirements and using /grill-with-docs ... hoping that with the team approach they can coordinate with each other to create PRDs and tasks that are aligned with each other and have minimal dependencies / conflicts etc
🚀 The first Hedera Incubator cohort just started.
10 teams. 4 weeks. For builders bold enough to aim higher.
Years of work, accelerated into 4 weeks on @hedera. ⚡
