Shocking experience today at Achija, Borivali. My family and I went for dinner and, before ordering food, asked for mineral water. We were served two sealed bottles of Cloud 9 water one cold and one at room temperature. @Cloud9beverages @mybmchealth @nch1915 @jagograhakjago

We immediately complained to the waiter and the manager. They said they would speak to the distributor supplying these bottles. If this contamination is from the Cloud 9 bottle itself, that is extremely serious and disturbing. Packaged drinking water is supposed to be safe.
