🚨 #BREAKING: Biden says he WILL sign the bill to ban TikTok if it passes Congress

And as of now, the bill has OVERWHELMING support support from both parties, which is fairly worrying, as this is a VERY slippery slope

Here are some key points about the bill:

1️⃣ It would empower the President to take drastic action against technology companies that he alone deems a "threat to national security."

2️⃣ The executive branch could FORCE tech companies to shut down or face an outright ban from app stores and web hosting services in the US

3️⃣ It'd set a precedent for censorship, opening the door for the government to potentially censor social media platforms and online services that they don't like

4️⃣ Meta and Mark Zuckerberg's apps would OVERWHELMINGLY benefit, given many of their apps include TikTok knockoffs

5️⃣ The bill could easily be used to violate Americans' First Amendment rights by restricting access to large platforms used for large-scale communication and content creation

Many free speech absolutists and liberty activists such as Senator @RandPaul have been sounding the alarm on this, and President Trump has come out AGAINST the bill as well.
