@gregoryBertran2@AmericanGwyn Agreed. No contest. I could barely get through it despite the (sometimes) incredible prose. No Country for Old Men is much more balanced. I loved it.
Happy birthday to my man @thebenleroy. It’s been a thrilling year building @Collaborist with you and I can’t wait for what the next year brings. Thanks for being my partner, co-host, publisher, confidante, inspirer, and friend. Here’s to many more! 🍾
@AlexNaderWrites I started at 40. Still loving it 8 years later. Throwing people around is even more fun than it looks and the dojo community is a big part of my life as a work-from-home kinda guy. Can’t recommend it enough.
@natallman “When You Are Old” by Yeats and “The Road Not Taken” by Frost. I used to have all of Prufrock down, but now it’s just fragments. I must have a thing for wistfulness. And “The Red Wheelbarrow,” of course!
A clerk at the grocery store told me where the bathroom “should be,” and I just keep thinking about what it must be like to work with such evasive, mischievous facilities.
