@BowTiePolitics I think it’s an interesting question, because for me it would seem to need a very high bar to overturn a precedent setting case that established a constitutional right, and that kind of research requires a smarter person than I, hence reaching out to you.

@BowTiePolitics Saw your post on number of “precedent” cases and how long they stood before being overturned. What’s the number of cases overturning precedent that established a constitutional right? Is there a substantive difference and does Dobbs stand alone in that regard?
