"All in all, EIP-6551 has the potential to meaningfully change how we view NFTs. By giving NFTs ownership capabilities, entirely new consumer applications and interaction models can be built."
1/ While top-of-the-market #NFT projects continue to become more financialized, there are still a number of NFT projects looking to bring utility-driven use cases back to NFTs.
@saypien breaks these down use cases, including token-bound accounts below.๐๐งต
Most AI tools give everyone access to the same generic models. The result? Everything looks the same.
We have a different vision for AI creation.
Introducing TITLES, a new creative studio built around AI models trained and owned by artists.
In Studio, you can create with distinct visual perspectives developed by artists, across image and video โ all in one place.
This is the future we're building toward: not one model for everyone, but a growing network of unique styles you can build with โ where artists get credited and paid as the work spreads.

@zeligf@bennygiang@futureprimitive great points - totally agree! would love to show you what we're working on sometime, tldr:
- peer keys are pseudonymous + ephemeral
- incentives can be anonymous (e.g. using stealth addresses)
- peer trust helps mitigate centralization risk and isolate malicious peers
luckily alt social network protocols were developed. they took a giant step forwarded and open sourced their file storage + indexer. allowing anyone to run their own infra.
it still required technical skills + the costs would steadily rise as the network grew.
the question remains: who will pay for it? why would they pay for it?
what is the incentive to pay $$ to host your own infra for this protocol? no clear incentives are defined...
it wouldn't be a worthy thread if i didn't include some of the things we are investigating...
with @PERdotMA v2 we are working on solving the storage + indexing problem with a novel solution called cosin (tentative name), where storage + indexing leverages the each user's app cache.
paired with the idea of 'programmatic incentives' that have been championed by @a16zcrypto@eddylazzarin@cdixon
the concept: every app user is a participant of the network lowering the technical barrier of operating an indexer and significantly reducing the cost of decentralized storage.
over the last 1.5 years ive been obsessed with photo sharing social networks.
with the goal of imagining what instagram would look like if it was built today.
it's been 15 years since ig launched. and my team @futureprimitive has finally cracked it.
