Add an interactive wizard to an existing Commander.js CLI with one line powered by @clack/prompts.

It's heavily inspired by @EffectTS_’s awesome effect/cli package which has wizard mode by default. I just wanted the same workflow for a project already built on Commander.

@RafaAudibert @github As far as I'm aware gists don't let you view the file as a rendered HTML page just the file content, and for work I tend to want them to be properly gated behind auth whereas gists can't really be made properly private. Love gists otherwise, especially for sharing markdown.
