I remember asking assistant coach Mo Cheeks, what’s harder to do? Workout after practice or before?? I only asked cuz by time I would get to the gym, Russ was already done in the morning and I usually got mine in after practice. Mo like, “coming in before practice is probably harder”…since then, it’s been my routine….a lot of people looked at the emotions on the court and thought Russ was loud, nah to me, he was quiet and methodical. He lead by example and once the lights were bright, he let everything out and experienced pure freedom. It was inspiring as his teammate and everywhere I went, I seen it inspire people from all walks of life, crazy thing is, he didn’t say much, he just showed up. For 18 years. This basketball life is sacred to us as professionals, what we put into that court means everything. Some of us wish we could go back and do things with a little more intent and some can just wipe their hands and be satisfied with the time spent. Who u gonna be? We know what zero was on…keep inspiring in the next phase of life champ. I don’t care what happens, can’t erase what it was…The first YNs, finals run in our early 20s, all star games, seeing each other get injured and bounce back, the bus rides, plane rides, card games, jokes and arguments, the whole thing, memorable!! …to the whole Westbrook family, Nina, the kids, mama Westbrook, big Russ, Ray, Donnell, everybody from luezinger high and ucla and many more that I’m forgettin, much love and Congratulations on a iconic career.
How many school shootings can happen before America makes a noticeable change? I’m sick to my stomach. It’s insane that if we don’t make significant change this won’t be the last one. Prayers aren’t enough and they never will be.
The Utah Jazz are signing guard Taevion Kinsey on a two-way NBA contract, sources tell @TheAthletic@Stadium. Kinsey spent time on a 10-day deal with the Jazz late last season and played for their Salt Lake City Stars affiliate in G League.
This is the craziest thing that's come out of me deciding who I'm rebuilding first in College Football 25
A Marshall fan has made a PowerPoint on why I should pick them, and if he makes some good points, I have to lock them into the Top 25

West Virginia loses one of its biggest successes of all time. The logo of the NBA, winning nine championships as a player, scout, coach, executive and consultant. He helped shape the Lakers' 10 titles in the 1980s and 2000s and helped GSW get KD and not trade Klay Thompson.
Jerry West lived a profound basketball and American life — iconic as a player, executive and looming figure in the history of the game. He was an MVP, a champion, a gold medalist, a dynasty-builder and literally the league’s logo. His loss leaves a massive void.
He joined Chamberlain and Oscar Robertson as the league's first 25,000-point scorers. He is still 25th all time in scoring, while 9th all time in playoff scoring . All without a 3 point shot. He was just dotting people for no reason 😂
I’m in the middle of a pretty clear decision… stick to exact and original plans, and fight the man with all the accolades. Or, completely disregard all of the Stipe training I’ve put in and fight another potential hype train that may not even be around in three years.
I am not changing my plans for anyone. Stipe is over there as the best heavyweight ever working his ass off. I’m gonna give that man what he wants, and I’m going to claim another head. Whatever comes next comes next.
