Apparently it’s legal in NYC. if anything - her recording the phone call means she felt like something fishy happened.. not the other way around.
There is no other explanation for her to record it.
Hold up…
So Jane Doe recorded the frat brother in 2024 AFTER texting him that she loved him and enjoyed it? LOL. This girl is a whack job. She clearly had an agenda and, honestly, it looks like she premeditated this from the start.
Pretty sure it’s also illegal to record someone without their knowledge, so that should be looked at too.
I hope the Cornell 7 retain a powerful defense team and go after this woman for slander and defamation.
Because this sure looks like the groundwork being laid for an indictment. It’s all part of the plan.
🚨 Wow!
A black woman just confronted Lucy Craig for falsely accusing the “Cornell 7”!
Before the video starts, she tells Lucy, “We both know you fully consented to sex with all of those men. You only decided you were graped [sic] after you were disinvited from the Halloween party. Those innocent boys could’ve been my brother, father, or cousins.”
Follow: @Squigg
What’s actually wild is watching everyone call this woman a “slut,” “dirty,” and every other name imaginable while barely anyone has that same energy for the MEN. Seven men allegedly taking turns having sex with one severely intoxicated woman, with drugs involved, and somehow she’s the disgusting one?? You’re telling me THAT behavior from the men doesn’t disgust you? The double standard is insane. If you’re going to clutch your pearls over the number of people involved, maybe ask why seven men were apparently willing to participate in it too.
🚨 CORNELL CASE UPDATE - OCT. 2
There were some major developments today.
NY Attorney General Letitia James officially confirmed this morning that the Cornell Jane Doe case is now an ACTIVE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION being led by her office.
James said her office will review the facts, gather evidence, interview witnesses and, if warranted, pursue prosecutions.
Here’s how we got here:
• The Tompkins County DA reopened the criminal investigation earlier this week.
• Yesterday, Gov. Kathy Hochul removed the case from the local DA’s control and appointed James as special prosecutor, saying she had lost confidence in the DA’s ability to fairly oversee the investigation.
• Today, Hochul publicly criticized how the original investigation was handled.
She said the DA closed the original case without personally interviewing Jane Doe or the people involved and without requesting the full transcript of Jane Doe’s interview.
• Hochul also said Jane Doe told Cornell police she was “100% confident” she had been raped, but those words never made it into the account Cornell police sent to prosecutors.
• James has now confirmed that her office is conducting an active criminal investigation and said the process will be guided by the facts and the law.
• If the evidence warrants it, James’s office can pursue prosecution and present evidence to a grand jury.
So yes… this is officially a criminal investigation. It is no longer being handled by the Tompkins County DA. The New York Attorney General’s Office is now leading it.
I’ll keep posting updates based on court filings, official statements and confirmed reporting as they come out.

@prolifefrenchie Looks-wise she is maybe like a 4-5 honestly. She isn't ugly, but she's not drop dead gorgeous either.
HOWEVER, her personality and is a straight up 1 and that severely brings down her points to at most a 2.
Attorney Thomas P. Giuffra says protecting the identity of the Cornell Jane Doe victim is essential as the case continues to draw national attention. He joins @ChrisCuomo to discuss her decision to remain anonymous and the scrutiny surrounding key evidence.
I feel like people are completely glossing over the ketamine part. Ketamine can cause serious dissociation, confusion and memory loss. So why are we assuming she immediately knew or remembered everything that happened that night?
Maybe at first she thought people were just spreading embarrassing details about something she did remember and consent to. Then she starts hearing rumors, learning more about what allegedly happened, realizes there are things she didn’t know or remember, and suddenly the situation looks very different to her. We don’t know — but that is absolutely possible.
And being sexually open-minded proves literally nothing about consent. You can consent to a threesome and not consent to sex with additional people. You can like someone and still not consent to everything they do. You can even defend your sexuality afterward while having no idea yet that something happened that you didn’t consent to.
So no, these texts do not “clearly indicate she was not raped.” They show that she was embarrassed about everyone talking about her. That’s it. You’re filling in everything else yourself. #cornell7
If these are actual records of texts between the alleged rapists and the alleged rape victim at Cornell, it clearly indicates that she was not raped. She shows that she's not ashamed of her behavior but people are treating her as if she should be so she's attempting to clear her reputation.
On November 8, she wrote, “I think I’m done talking to you. I know you lied.” That same day, she made her complaint. Text messages: October 23, 2024 J Doe: “bro everyone knows ✌️ i’m incredibly stressed out. some random [REDACTED] told some of my friends i don’t even know who that is how [REDACTED] she know me???” Then: J Doe: “i will also say this is RUINING my life temporarily” “my reputation is destroyed and i’m utterly ashamed” Then: J Doe: “you’re right it’ll get better and u think everyone’s jealous of us.. but also like everyone needs to grow up cause sexuality and sex and [REDACTED] is changing and stuff like this is going to become more common.. i’m also really open minded tho. i luv u king,, also tell anyone who gives u [REDACTED] that i’ll actually beat them up that don’t want the smoke i promise” November 7, 2024 Male: “My ex told me that I’m being labeled as an assaulter in the public eye, I was going to ask if you may have said something along those lines to someone but I know you wouldn’t” Response: J Doe: “i had a friend who was going to chi phi and i said don’t” “but i’ve never mentioned your name” November 8, 2024 J Doe: “i think i’m done talking to you. i know you lied.”
I keep seeing “she was embarrassed” repeated like it’s some smoking gun. Embarrassed about WHAT? Having an extremely private and potentially traumatic sexual experience become campus gossip? Of course someone could be embarrassed by that. Embarrassment doesn’t tell you whether she consented to seven men. You’ve taken a completely plausible reaction and somehow turned it into proof of a motive you cannot possibly know. #Cornell #cornell7 #janedoe
Bro lucy craig only sued the 7 fraternity men from cornell because she got embarrassed that everyone at school heard the story, but now the whole world knows and she’s a meme
Wait 😭 so SHE should be ashamed bc she chose to have sex, but the men who made the exact same choice get a pass bc they “lack self-control”? You held women to a higher standard while arguing grown men have the agency of house pets. I couldn’t roast ur argument better than u did.
@AFpost Well she should be ashamed for engaging in all kinds of disgusting degenerate Godless and evil activities. The guys should too but she wanted to sleep with them and most guys don't have self control to say no.
