@mattdagley @knuf1985 I did it and in the end, it was quite easy however, when I called and asked late at night, the attendant had no idea what I was talking about - said they did not do Amazon returns. I called again in the morning, they told me they do but not everyone had been trained.

The unhelpful @EastlinkSupport phone agent said that’s the error code was absolutely definitely a box error and nothing to do with the technician visiting. Instructed us that if we wanted any help before Tuesday, we could just swap out the box at an Eastlink store location.
