I was provide offer to add Digital TV and 3rd postpaid number to my existing fast lane black connection when I reached Bhosari Pune airtel ministore. It's more than a week, technician assigned clearly answering at he will not come, it's not his area 1/2

We did 4-5 customer calls gettiing not trustable assurance that digital TV will be installed by next day.
I consider to surrender my all 3 postpaid and wifi if you cannot solve simple request only having pathetic false promises.

Why customer care is closing ticket without resolution and your hub not taking calls ot your CSRs and not replying to your emails? I not allowed to post reply on ticket

Very bad experience of Flipkart support, Order delivery date was 21-Jan and even if fridge reached at Pune hub 21-Jan 8am, order not delivered till 24-Jan
Multiple calls, executive themselves not able to reach Hub to get order status.I will cancel order today

@GodrejAppliance Finally I got number of Godrej maintainence service vendor manager Mr. Nitin Satpute who personally visited to fix my problem today.
Thanks to him that he fixed the problem on the day I called him.

But please ensure next time customer need not suffer for months to get addressed.

@GodrejAppliance very pathetic customer care response for 20+ yr customer.Logged complaint for broken vegetable basket and side rack for more than a month, and ticket P1604899553 was closed without any action saying we refused to pay visit charges and nobody called even for it.

31 May - CC I never called on 29 May, new ticket# P3105927887, call with CC from 30 mins on hold to bring technician they connected to other godrej customer who is also waiting from 13 May, this is serious offence, should I go to consumer court?
