My mother's passport application (BO4068855981823) shows the status 'Police Verification is not clear'. The police verification was done on ~24th Nov, and the officer did visit home too. Pls Help! We want to apply for her visa at once.
@rpomumbai@passportsevamea@MukteshPardeshi How do you think we should handle this? I do not see any appointments to the RPO before March 2024. Should we visit the police station again and get this clarified?
We have booked tickets for our next travel, and not having the BRP is blocking us from travelling or make any further plans. Requesting to take a look at this asap. Thanks

My wife has not received her BRP and its ~4 weeks now since we have received the decision. Have already filled the BRP not received form a number of times already and tried contacting BRP delivery team through a number of webpages and and email ids.
The only set of replies that we have received are the automated replies. We have been told that the caseworker would contact, but no idea who the caseworker is, where they are, and are they really looking at the issue.
@FedExHelpEU Thanks for your response, I have already contacted the said dedicated team a number of times. However, they just say that the redelivery has been arranged for 2/11/21, however no one has the answer for the shift of dates and not even any assurance.
Dear @FedExEurope , my BRP was supposed to be delivered on 29/10/2021, and was advised to stay home for the same. The driver went to some wrong address and I was told that I missed the delivery.
I have been calling the customer care, and they just say that the delivery date is changed, but no one guarantees that it will be surely delivered tomorrow. Looking at the complaints here --- https://t.co/sTBbM38GmB is concerning me. Requesting for help.

Dear @TNTUKOfficial @TNTUKCare @uk_fedex, my BRP was supposed to be delivered on 30/10/2021, and was advised to stay home for the same. The driver went to some wrong address and I was told that I missed the delivery.
after having a chat with the customer care, I was told that they would try to arrange for redelivery on the same day. But nothing of that kind did happen. And the next delivery was arranged for 1/11/21. And now, it has been shifted to 2/11/21 with no notification.
