@ssvajian You still didn't update me what happened and why my order is delayed. Secondly you didn't think to inform your customer when you didn't deliver your promise of 1-2 days by dpd. Instead you enjoyed your weekend and didn't give a crap about your customer!

@ssvajian I've emailed & not heard from them for 2 days despite 3 follow up emails. I want to know very specific answers to specific questions urgently today so I can order by the weekend. (a) can we proof dough in there setting to 37.5c with 78% humidity? Need it constant.

@ssvajian Whole weekends past but still no response as to where my order is. Surely you want to ensure your customer is looked after when it is not as promised when purchasing. You respond quick no doubt but don't give answers to the problem. I've asked 3 times now. Pls fix it!!

@AnovaCulinary I'm not sure what is going on but I had ordered my oven and at the time ordering it said 1-2 days by dpd. It has now been 4 days and still haven't received the oven. Only received my trays!! Your colleagues are extremely slow at responding.
