Far as I understood this is what is more than likely happening.

#Blackops1 & #Blackops2 - They're PS4 builds of the game, that will run fine on PS5. (Though we may find out there's a PS5 version).

Nothing really fancy about them, may look slightly better than PS3 version with a graphical filter / Up Scale and have some bug fixes. PS5 Pro getting the better deal.

May not connect to PS3 lobbies, it should be native PS4 lobbies, may be dedicated servers or still on P2P.

It may be the old system of PSN names like the PS3 version and may not tie to your Activison ID.

Your progress from the PS3 may carry over via importing if its tied to the old tag system, if not it will be a fresh start.

Don't believe there will be cross play between PC and xbox.

Release should be soon enough.

I don't believe there will be new version's for xbox or pc.

Black Ops 1 and 2 ports are PS4 versions on the PlayStation database, there isn’t a native version for the PS5.

Just PS3 version being ported to PS4 and playable on PS5 via backwards compatibility.

Anyone expecting a remaster or a version ported to switch will be disappointed.
