@CoordCorner Could be zone. TN will pull playside tackle on zone if they don’t think the overhang defender is a threat. It’s really hard to tell the difference.

@MikekKuchar Very similar to Oklahoma a few years ago when they got Mint all the time. You can definitely run in 10 with 4 in the box.

@itsRobertBurns It’s a shallow screen. Very common play going back at least a decade. It was huge for us in 2019. Alabama has run variations multiple times this year.

@Mr_davisj The decision on what’s excess belongs to each individual. What one person views as excess another will view as not enough. Same as with money, championships, etc.

You really could just program 3 reps for everything you do and be fine.

Heavy 3’s for strength.
3’s for power.
10x3 for hypertrophy.
3 reps for all jumps.
3 sprints.

When in doubt, guess three and use Prilepin’s chart to double check how much volume you need at that intensity.

[Jay Floyd @JayFloydSC]

@Coach_Macella @CoreyKrampen Maybe but I’ve never had a problem. The bus drivers would also have been up that long too though if it’s a Friday.

We are currently awaiting confirmation from @CoachJRogers1 regarding rumors of mutual interest between him and Florida State.

The rumors also suggest Mike Norvell would take over at @tcchsyjfootball, making for a seamless transition for everyone involved.

Special thanks to the comment section over at @itgnext_georgia for this groundbreaking scoop. 👌
