@runapay these guys are horrible company with zero customer support. got my funds locked with their gift card and they don't even have a phone support. email support is just blaming on another merchant
@MetaMask The card is such a scam. it takes away roughly 1% more than the transaction amount. for example it took away 2000 USDC for my $1980 USD transaction. basically a zero cashback card

It's actually pretty sad that they've been consistently banning people who actually cared about the project, who had thorough knowledge of web3 and loyalty programs. It turns out @arcubeNFT is just afraid to admit weaknesses and improve. Rather just ban people.
