Brazilian Wonderkid. The most talented I’ve seen since Ronaldinho. I can say I’ve watched poetry before football became hyper focused on statistics, when the game still belonged to the ones that are most artistic. Deserved more, a World Cup or 2, a Ballon D’or or 4. A gift such as his should be a consensus, not open to interpretation, it should not be debated. We should all agree he’s him and not have to argue about it, but such is life. Had the big match performances, the numbers (he ACTUALLY put up real numbers) carrying Brazil in the 2014 World Cup only for them to suffer their worst defeat in history all because he was almost paralysed the game before.
