Ordered a product worth ₹16,999 from @westsidestores, on 23rd Aug (Order ID: 2200833). App promised delivery in 4–6 days, but till today (7th Sept) no update.
After multiple calls, I was told the order was cancelled — no mail, no SMS, no refund.
Extremely disappointing service.
