Important announcement—today is National Chocolate Day. It’s often said, rightly I might add, that you should celebrate Mothers every day, not just Mother’s Day. Shouldn’t we treat chocolate the same way? Nevertheless, do something nice for chocolate today.

The sugar fast is long over. I’ve eaten sugar for days on end. Unrelated, Katherine tells me I’ve made some grammer errors on twitter. We’ll, she makes errors to.

In 1999 my father had the crazy idea of investing in a forgotten part of town known historically as the “Gulch”. Most rightly thought him crazy. But, upon spotting the weinermobile the other day, I had a quiet chuckle. The Gulch has arrived! Oh, and the sugar fast drags on.
