"They’re afraid that the support they’re receiving from the PH might weaken."
So you’re telling me that you genuinely think 🦝 sees Filipino support as something that shallow?
Let’s be clear. YES! They’re not “scared of Filipinos.” They’re scared of the hostility. And unfortunately, a loud portion of that toxicity has been coming from filo accounts. If you’re not one of those toxic fans, then why are you feeling attacked?
🐥 literally said he was scared on stage. 🦝 said it felt like a thorn was finally pulled out of his chest. Those are not words of someone worried about numbers or weakening support. Those are words of people carrying anxiety.
If you reduce their feelings to “baka humina ang support,” then maybe it’s you who’s looking at them in a shallow way.
They spoke about fear. About relief. About pressure.
Not about doubting Filipino love and support.
And if you truly care about them, the goal shouldn’t be to twist their words into narratives, it should be to make sure they never have to step on stage feeling that kind of fear again.
