Well @Instacart and @InstacartHelp, it was a good run until it wasn’t. I hope the KC shopper Melissa enjoys the items she stole from me and the tip she received for delivering only 5 of my 11 items. Then she lied and said another shopper was delivering the rest of my items.

Conveniently, two hours passed and that’s the window to decrease/delete the tip but you have 14 days to increase it. Received my refund for missing items but now I’m on a “brief hold” for 35 minutes while I wait to speak to a supervisor.

@cloudcity @RadioDana Sometimes it takes just as much time to fly when you add time to get to KCI, preflight, flight time, car rental at DIA (those shuttles and waiting in line) then drive to wherever. At least that’s been our experience with driving into Denver and Fort Collins.
