@CallumLyon You don’t understand what “work harder” means then. Learn new skills, aim for promotions, take on new challenges etc. you won’t achieve more by doing more hours in the same, potentially low paid, repetitive, job.
@BashyMc1 We play twice, sometimes three times, a week. It’s ridiculously expensive but I’m a proper padel bore now. Been playing around 2 1/2 years. Would play every day if I could.
@JohnFMauldin These modern tech companies have cash, infrastructure, products, services, order books, demand, and a new wave (ai) to drive innovation and new markets. This was not the case in 1999. There is no bubble to burst (although valuations may well fall, temporarily).
@emmafildes Charts like that aren’t helpful. First time buyers don’t buy “average” priced houses, there are lots of starter homes/flats out there. Buy one of those, use appreciation in value to fund larger deposit on next place and so on.
