Of course I have hate and vitriol for Nazis. Because that’s what you are.
It’s the exact same logical justification that the Nazis used in order to murder children with autism and disabilities like down syndrome.
So I failed to see any difference between them and you.
I’ve never seen such hate and vitriol for two people grieving the loss of their unborn child and making an impossible decision.
The last 24 hours have exposed a side of humanity that is deeply disturbing. Being called “murderous pieces of shit, evil, compared to Hitler” and receiving NON-STOP DEATH THREATS.
Seeing my 6-year old dog with Stage 4 Kidney Disease be used as a weapon, manipulating my words and intent in a tweet or saying we’ll regret this decision forever and must repent to God is absolute insanity.
If you ever wanted to marvel at the depravity of people online, just check the replies on my latest tweet. It’s a shit-show of epic proportions. This is reflective of the current world and landscape we’re all living in.
What’s more troubling is a lot of these people use God or Jesus as their justification for threatening us and wanting to cast us into Hell…seems pretty hypocritical.
So many saying they would’ve kept the child, put it up for adoption or are suddenly ready to adopt a down syndrome child, that’s great! You can do all those things. However, many of the people throwing stones don’t even have children, let alone one with a condition and most likely will never do the things they say they’re going to do.
There has been some heinous shit said about my wife and I on some extremely large accounts…It baffles me that there are such trashy-ass people who have significant followings. If you can’t contribute anything meaningful to the conversation aside from insults then just don’t post.
On the other hand, there has been tremendous stories of people who kept their Down Syndrome baby and that’s awesome! Very courageous and they do look very happy! That is your choice and I support it. This was ours and we can do that. It’s very easy to accept the differences between us when it has no actual bearing on your life.
What shocked me most of all was that this story has become mainstream news…A couple’s abortion is suddenly newsworthy in 2026…?
There are over 1,000,000 abortions every single year for a myriad of reasons, this is happening on a DAILY BASIS and is the most common outcome for Trisomy 21, yet this one blows up and people are surprised…?
The reason this blew up is quite simple: IT’S BECAUSE NOBODY TALKS ABOUT IT.
I can’t blame people for not talking about these vulnerable experiences publicly because you see the disgusting backlash that ensues. It’s very divisive. Luckily, after 20 years on the Internet, this is par the course for me taking on the crazies, so I’m glad I can help further the conversation.
That’s exactly why I wanted to share this story. People still need to see vulnerability and hear the raw truth. There is real suffering going on and it is being done in silence and fear.
So many mothers have reached out privately commending us on our bravery to speak truthfully about this topic and we really appreciate that support! We want you to feel less alone in this and less ashamed.
There has never been a more important time to speak up and out about the things that matter. Do not let the vocal minority stop you from sharing your truth.
To those who have been affected by this or are confronted with a similar situation in the future, we have your back and please feel free to reach out. I’m sure this will follow us awhile especially when we try for a kid again in the near future.

An Ivy League Educated former Party Guy, thus making him for the people, whose been around politics his whole life, meaning he is adept and well-spoken?
Couldn’t do worse honestly.
The romanticization of downies is very weird to me.
“Oh they’re so happy!” Yeah because they have an IQ of 34.
People see little clips of the higher-functioning minority being cute online and then feel entitled to massively underestimate the amount of mental, social, financial, and medical resources it takes to raise them.
This isn’t helped by the fact that the parents of profoundly disabled kids often try and offset the (very valid) guilt, disappointment, and burnout they feel by frantically pretending like their lives are great because farming praise for being “good people” and righteously dunking on parents who don’t want that for themselves are the only coping mechanisms they have.
A profoundly disabled child is not a houseplant or kitten, and it isn’t a responsibility that ever ends. The vast majority of downies are not capable of obtaining even a mild degree of independence.
You will be taking care of them until the day you die (and spend the last moments of your life worrying about who will take care of them when you’re gone).
Imagine being 80 years old and still having to heat up nuggets for your 45 year old child, remind them to wash, tell them when to go to bed, etc…
Imagine not being able to do literally anything without having to consider whether or not your downie labubu can join.
Imagine never having grandchildren, or never being able to see your child go to college or get married. Fundamental experiences many look forward to, gone.
It’s not like the cute little clips in the vast majority of cases.
And this is all especially true if you have a male downie because once they hit puberty and adulthood, you now have all of the urges of a horny man trapped in the mind and body of someone with a no impulse control and superhuman retard strength.
It’s all fun and games until your 300 pound adult son who has the intellectual capacity of a turnip whips his junk out in a Walmart and starts rubbing it on the My Little Pony display (I witnessed this once, absolutely horrifying scenes).
All I’m saying is… If you want to be a downie parent - awesome. I wish you the best. I am sure there are plenty of profoundly disabled kids waiting to be adopted and you can put your money where your mouth is anytime.
But I do not blame anyone who does not want that life for themselves and, crucially, recognizes they would not be good parents in that situation.
At the very least, I respect the fact that they’re being honest, which seems to be something most people can’t do when it comes to the disabled.
A guy calls his broker and asks about egg futures.
Broker says they’re at 25 cents.
Guy says, “Alright, buy me 100 contracts.”
A week later he calls again.
Broker says, “Good call. They’re at 35 cents now.”
Guy gets excited and buys 1,000 more.
Few days later, he calls again. Eggs are at 50 cents.
Now he thinks he’s a genius, so he buys 100,000 contracts.
Next day they’re at 65 cents. He buys a million.
Then they’re at 95 cents. He buys another million.
Then $1.25. He buys another million.
Next day, eggs are trading at $1.75.
He finally thinks, alright, this is probably enough. Time to take profit.
So he tells his broker, “Sell 2 million contracts.”
After a long silence, broker finally says:
“Sell to who? You’re the egg guy.”

Things most Americans agree on:
Groceries cost too much.
Tariffs suck and make no sense.
Congress and Presidents shouldn’t trade stocks.
The debt is a mess.
The border should be secure, but legal immigration is good.
Endless wars are stupid, especially ones that nobody wants and have never been explained.
Americans are exhausted.
AI is like my new best friend that also might be trying to take my job, my ability to think for myself, and my humanity in the process. Yo like I love you, but WTF, but I still love you.
Diversity is actually awesome! The opposite is boring AF.
Canadians are super fucking cool.
Mexicans are chill.
Putin isn’t a good guy looking out for America’s best interest. Rocky IV and Miracle are great movies.
Good neighbors are a blessing.
Freedom of religion and coexistence without having to blow each other up is probably a good idea.
We all question, are we alone in the universe?
We all fuck up along the way.
Epstein didn’t hang himself.
The Trumps and Epstein were best friends for decades. It’s like Bert trying to tell us Ernie was just an acquaintance in the same social scene on Sesame Street back in the day.
The Cowboys suck. Go Birds!
Things we’re told to fight about:
Me.
Laptop.
Vaccines.
Transgenders in sports.
Pronouns.
That’s the joke.
I’m convinced this whole thing is a plot to ensure that the USA never gets to host again, because FIFA is doing all of the stupid stuff they’ve been wanting to do, and hope people are dumb enough to blame the USA.
