@HP Ha! The solution after asking me to do all the things that I already had tried, is go to another device connected to the printer. Soooo...to get ink coming,I need a new computer or phone...does anyone have recommendations for other printer brands? Have only used HP for 20 yrs.

Spent a couple of hours trying to buy ink for my new @HP printer...unsuccessful. but good luck finding any human to actually help me understand why it can give me a status of my printer to the minute, but not connect to subscribe to ink.
