CHOPPED DOWN … The famous tree at the Khomas Regional Council offices in Windhoek, known as the ‘zimbuka tree’ after it featured in a trending video, has been cut down. The regional council says the tree has been receiving a lot of unwelcome visitors and decided it was best to have it removed for the safety of employees.
