The days kept on going by with same response from these organizations. At this time, I left the UK to Nigeria and kept my fingers crossed hoping for my bags to arrive also. @ParcelHero asked for bag descriptions in order to start an investigation and this was provided.

We waited for a few days until I asked SwiftCargo to send a reminder about my two remaining luggage wasn’t delivered to them. They sent a reminder email to both @UPS and @ParcelHero only for them to respond that they don’t know the whereabouts of the two remaining luggage.

@parcelhero sent emails that I should raise a claim in order to get cash back for my bags that got lost, these bags are over 25kg each. We kept calling and asking for the warehouse address so we can go pick them up but @UPS and @ParcelHero refused to say anything still

On the 17th of May 2026, I contacted SwiftCargo logistics in the UK to pick up my luggage and deliver to Nigeria for me, there were 4 bags to be delivered in total. Swift Cargo Logistics initiated a pick up through @ParcelHero and @UPS picked up my bags the following day.
