@Yatra_Care Why customer don't book directly through oyo. You provide a service through a third party which has no reputation and service in market now. I suggest guys never book through @Yatra_Care they are broker with high commission and absurd swevice and responsiblity

@Yatra_Care As per discussion I knew that you used a third party Oyo for booking rather than self. Now you are providing refund only 154rs as compensation whereas OYO provide same room@1200 so your comission as mediatory is approx 1400 that you don't want to refund

@bharatpeindia I onboarded on bharatpe merchant on 20th March 2016 within 3 month multiple times request raised for confirm digital verfication due to that I m unable to increase the limit to recieve the payment. Kindly resolve this issue within 1 week

@BPCLimited @BPCLLPG I was booking a Bharat gas cylinder on 22 April 2026 but on gas passbook customer number is not mentioned and agency number was mentioned there so bymistake booking was done on agency number. I am contacting from last 1 month but no response and resolution.

1 yr. Since last 1 yr I paid avg. reading bill and I had to paid whole year bill at a time. Last november 2024 I paid approx 12k amount and now my bill is generated again for Rs8448. It put lot of burden on customer to pay a huge amount at one time.
