I’m usually locked in at the 6PM Monday session with Coach Des Wilford, but tonight I was at soccer practice. Ever since I started training with Coach Des, I’ve been around some serious talent. Last night my little brothers had the time of their life we had 6 D1 athletes in the building. And the crazy part is… this isn’t rare. This is normal. I get to train alongside some of the best athletes in the nation. They show me what real work looks like and how to carry myself.
