@GrandviewMC I took my brother to the free standing ER in Trussville at 12am, due to asthma issues. We were immediately met with condescending comments from the nurses and respiratory therapist. “You can’t get strep throat without a sore throat” was the start of a horrible visit.
part 4: he said “you guys seemed adamant that he needed one if you request it i can give him one, it won’t kill him.” and he walked away. Dr. Keegan Nicodemus was quite rude along with his nurse and respiratory therapist. Bedside manners are horrible . & for what?
part 3: We speak with a patient advocate about our concerns, about how dismissive everyone is. She speaks with the Dr. he said “We can’t do anything medically unnecessary” I asked “If his blood O2 was fine, & you claimed to not hear any wheezing, why order 2 breathing treatments?
part 2: then followed the Dr. stating that they don’t use Oxygen for asthmatic patients due to oxygen getting into the lungs, when asked why they used “Medical Air” in place of oxygen.
@sistersta__ def mean girl, bc it’s they fault for not speaking up when the problem happened. i’m no huda defender but come on now.. it’s all hypocrisy . can’t holla “sisterhood” when your tonguing down your “girl’s” man AFTER consoling her at casa just 24hrs ago?? PLEASE!
