The child’s older brother, just turned 18 has now given up his offer to read physics at a top rated UK university to help protect, care for, and home-school the child. He has been helping his brother for the last 8 years, with full focus for the last 3 at great detriment to himself. Physics is his passion but he says his little brother comes first.

Well done UK for keeping the child in the cage from age 5 to 13. You will likely keep him in he cage for as long as you can. But he says he will not give up because “Even though they have all won, and my life is gone, to give up is the actual defeat. Maybe I can stop this happening to others.”

The only category of organisation in the UK that cares is the NHS. Its consultants have not only written several reports, all suppressed by the Las and schools, raised safeguarding concerns, but a consultant opined on April 25, 2025 that what was happening to this child (EHCP since 2018, not 1 penny of support ever provided, home schooled for years, but discovered to be enrolled in secret at 4 different schools since 2019 with all SEN funding diverted there in his name), was SEN Fraud was likely a UK wide practise.

At the SEN demonstration in Parliament square on Sept 15, 2025, the media and MPs tried the their best to avoid speaking to this child, just like Nus Ghani has for nearly 8 years, and other MPs have for over a year. You see they must silence him in the great tradition of British cover-ups. His numerous emails written on his own behalf since age 10 have been ignored. He is either ignored, or mocked and threatened. Even with defamation lawsuits by the Head of East Sussex ISEND in July 2023.

At the demonstration in Parliament Square on Sept 15, 2025 a few parents came up to the child, who was holding placards. The media avoided him, making excuses. The child spoke to one other parent in Parliament Square and asked them if they had ever heard of SEN fraud. The parent replied that while her daughter was home schooled Greenwich council paid £18,000 to a school in her daughter’s name with both the school and Greenwich council unable to explain where the SEN funding went.

The only recourse after nearly 8 years is the ECHR. But the advice received is that the UK will retaliate by launching further dirty tactics to destroy the child and family.

So what does he think? Does he have any rights? Does he even exist as far as the above individuals and organisations are concerned?

I’m going to tell you what he thinks.

In summer 2023, he and his brother spent hours scanning a GCSE law textbook cover to cover. After reading the book carefully over a few months, the child stated, “UK laws are just a series of virtue signalling statements to cover up for the fact that the opposite is done in practise.”

Then in late August 2024, after he had been denied a SEND hearing by different judges from Sept 2023, and while he was filing complaints with the Dept of Education, he said “Dad, you can’t reason with people keeping you in the cage. You first have to get out of the cage before you can reason with them.”

After Sept 26, 2024, when the Upper Tribunal Judge refused to let him speak and then ruled that the case will not be heard, citing lack of evidence despite the 5,000 pages of evidence submitted, the child gave up on the UK. He predicted the same would happen again.

His latest case at the SEND Tribunal filed Jan 14, 2025 remains listed for a hearing on Jan 12, 2026 despite him being out of school and repeated requests for an expedited hearing. The SEND Tribunal have been saying since May 2025 that they are prioritising children in phase transfers for Sept 2025.

The child and his brother had stayed up most of the night making the placards. They were ignored by all except a few concerned parents. After the event had ended the family went up to BBC Panaroma and asked if they could be heard. A cameraman named Joseph did interview them but who knows whether it was for appearances’ sake or genuine interest.

The UK Education Committee (@CommonsEd) under MP Helen Hayes (@helenhayes_) has just published its SEN inquiry report. Let me explain what this report deliberately suppresses. You see, this report is actually also a deliberate cover up systematic SEN Fraud in the UK.

This report deliberately avoids the SEN fraud that was brought to the notice of the House Education Committee and MP Helen Hayes. Hayes has in fact steadfastly refused to discuss the issue with a Canadian Professor in Toronto, even though Hayes and her committee flew at UK taxpayer expense to learn from Ontario and Canada how to support SEN children. Why? Because the professor had evidence of fraud at multiple schools over a number of years, had been researching SEN issues in the UK since 2022, had given a talk at Cambridge in 2023, and even got her PhD in the UK. She had experience of both Canadian and UK education, SEN support, and evidence of SEN Fraud. Why would Helen Hayes and her committee refuse to speak to her?

The reason is obvious. Helen Hayes and the House Education Committee had decided to suppress public awareness of SEN fraud. But they have gone much further than this refusal. They have found methods to block investigations of SEN fraud.

Let me explain the technique they have employed:

Helen Hayes knowing that MP Nus Ghani (@Nus_Ghani) has refused to meet with an affected family for even 1 minute since Jan 2018, and knowing that Ghani suggests that SEN fraud and crime should be investigated by the perpetrators themselves, joined hands with Ghani in employing so called parliamentary protocol to block police investigation of the SEN fraud. Ghani appears in public campaigns with Sussex Police to warn against fraud, but supports Sussex Police shutting down reports with crime references with no investigation.

Hayes says only Ghani can handle the issue. Kent Police say SEN fraud is an educational matter. Sussex Police close down crime reports with a crime reference with no investigation, Action Fraud ignores the report, Ghani says to complain again to East Sussex, Tunbridge Wells MP Mike Martin is unreachable, and Head of East Sussex ISEND says only assistants at [email protected] be contacted on the matter. But note that the same ISEND group has carried out phantom enrolments and SEN funding diversion behind the family’s back since 2019 and colluded with other 4 other schools in blatant disability discrimination to keep the child from actual enrolment so that his SEN funds can be fraudulently diverted.

Emboldened by this cover-up and block by MPs and Police, which effectively amounts to support for SEN fraud, the LAs and schools now openly admit that they secretly enrol children in back dated phantom enrolments and divert all SEN funding to schools they collude with. So East Sussex, for example, are now open about the fact that £28,000+ were paid to Uplands Academy in East Sussex and Bennet Memorial School in Kent for the academic year 2024-2025 in behind-the-scenes SEN diversion for a home schooled child with 0 actual support. It’s no longer hidden. They know the police, MPs, charities and British media will give them a pass. The know SEN Tribunals will either dismiss cases for impossible to understand reasons, or delay case hearings for a year despite repeated pleas for expedited hearings.

All categories of UK organisations are complicit in the cover up. UK Parliament, the police, Action Fraud, Charities, Media. The media, including the @BBC, and their correspondent Charlie Rose, go out of their way to cover up and bury the story and evidence. Charities like @AMAZE, @RNIB not only go against own written charters to find excuses not to help, but the @RNIB brazenly misrepresents own written guidelines to keep children out of school, despite being called out by multiple NHS consultants.

@RetinaUK will take money from such a child but will not lift a finger to help.
