This is the nail in the coffin for me-what an insult to @Verizon customers. I was a loyal customer for 20+ years, but now I’ll be shopping @ATT or @TMobile or @USMobile
Yesterday, we did not meet the standard of excellence you expect and that we expect of ourselves. To help provide some relief to those affected, we will give you a $20 account credit that can be easily redeemed by logging into the myVerizon app. You will receive a text message when the credit is available. On average, this covers multiple days of service. Business customers will be contacted directly about their credits.
This credit isn’t meant to make up for what happened. No credit really can. But it’s a way of acknowledging your time and showing that this matters to us.
If you’re still having trouble connecting, please restart your device (power down and power back on). This is the fastest way to reconnect your phone to the network.
We are sorry for what you experienced and will continue to work hard day and night to provide the outstanding network and service that you expect from Verizon.
@JustinRose99@RyderCupEurope@TommyFleetwood1 I’m honestly embarrassed by how some fans are acting. Yelling in someone’s backswing or putting stroke is garbage behavior. Kick out a few dozen people and watch how fast it stops. Trash talk is part of the game, but officials need to step up and throw people out tomorrow.
@flushingitgolf The Ryder Cup crowd has crossed the line. Yelling during swings and putts isn’t passion — it’s unsportsmanlike. Eject a few dozen people and it will stop. The event is too expensive to risk getting kicked out!
I don’t care how much you love or hate President Donald Trump, now is not the time to play politics. Pray for him, his family and anyone else impacted by today’s shooting.

@HansonforMayor I strongly urge you to pause and consider that when it seems like "everyone else is wrong," it often points to a "you're wrong" issue. Thus far, your actions have only contributed to negative publicity and shame for Franklin.
