@CazooUK I call every single day and I email every single day !! It’s been 5 months now without our car. Despair !! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Hope no one else gets sold a faulty car and is treated like we have been.

@helenflora @CazooUK @helenflora we have been sold a faulty car, Called them the next day and they said they will book it in under warranty. The adblue sensor shut the engine down and 4 months later after constant calls Cazoo took the car in and now they won’t speak to us,not called us back once.
