@KennethWayneII@BWCarrington_ Yea with the commission rates falling brings the cost of homes down so it makes it better. the only thing that I’m curious is if the buyer will be responsible for paying an agent if they were to use one. If they are that’s another out of pocket cost for buyer.
@BWCarrington_ In a nutshell overall commission is expected to drop 25-50%, buyer agents commission may not exist, give people who want to list their house the option to shop around for who will take the least amount of money from the transaction. Smaller brokers may shut down
