I officially am going through the toughest 'Product-Market Fit' problem of my life.

My new born baby girl...
Every time we update the Product for her (feeding time, method, etc.), the Market demand changes. We are constantly chasing PMF but never achieving it 😄

Even with the protection of patents and company secrets, its entirely possible for competition to achieve the same or similar value proposition with a slightly differently built technology stack.
