Hey @nammayatri - your app books a regular AC cab at the airport. Airport staff says “no regular cabs, you have to book a premium” what even is premium? It’s the same old Swift. Why am I being forced to pay 200 extra for your incompetency?

and please define premium! what is premium? I don’t get to see driver ratings till I sit in the car, so idk if I’m with a highly rated or a medium rated driver. the cars clearly not “premium” so why the mark up?

if a user has booked a regular cab, and there’s no regular cab to offer, the right thing to do is to give them the better cab at the promised price. rather than twisting a customers arm into paying more for a shitty car.

@BluSmartIndia @BluSmartGoyal the time of arrival for scheduled cabs is getting worse day by day. Started with a 10 minute delay, today they set a new record of 20 minutes. Why allow customers to schedule cabs when you can’t deliver? India gets one nice service and fucks it up.
