Paid for an AC coach, but the AC isn’t working and it’s unbearably hot. Even the railway helpline isn’t responding. This is completely unacceptable.

Highly disappointed with @Adani_Elec_Mum . Despite multiple complaints and a call, I still have no proper explanation for my bill jumping from around 2k-3k to 7k to 10k. My queries remain unanswered. I’m forced to pay just to avoid disconnection. This feels like daylight robbery.

Very disappointed with @Adani_Elec_Mum .
A sudden jump from around ₹2,000 to nearly 8k to 10k for two straight months, yet no meaningful investigation or explanation. Just generic responses while I was forced to pay to avoid disconnection. This is not customer service. Its scam!

Totally disappointing. Our electricity bill has jumped from ₹1.5k–₹2k to ₹7k–₹10k for two consecutive months without any increase in usage. This looks like serious overbilling. Stop burdening consumers and resolve this immediately.
